It was such a pleasure working with Nancy and her team (shout out to Santanna). From the beginning, they were very responsive, answered all my questions, and calmed my bridal anxiety. Nancy offered to be on my calls with my wedding coordinator to make sure I was getting the best deal and I can tell she really advocates for her brides. I could not imagine going through this process without her, because she made it so much easier. Once I got to the resort everything that she had set up went smoothly and I was very thankful.
